Refund Policy
Overview
This policy covers refunds for professional services (EDITH-03) and consumer service quotes (EDITH-04). Investment arrangements (EDITH-01) and JV agreements (EDITH-02) are governed entirely by the signed agreement for each project — this policy does not apply to them.
Professional services (RERA registration, GST advisory, MCA filings)
Fees for professional services are agreed in writing before work begins. Refund terms depend on the stage of work:
- Before work begins: Full refund of any advance paid, less any out-of-pocket expenses incurred (government portal fees, document costs).
- After work has begun but before submission: Partial refund based on work completed, less expenses incurred. The refundable amount is agreed in writing before work starts.
- After submission to the regulator: No refund — government fees are non-refundable and work cannot be recalled once submitted.
If EDITH is unable to complete a service it has agreed to perform, a full refund of fees paid (less any non-recoverable expenses) will be provided.
Construction and service quotes (EDITH-04)
Submitting a quote request form or receiving a site visit and quote is free and carries no obligation. No payment is taken until a scope and price are agreed in writing. Once work has commenced on a confirmed job, refund terms are governed by the signed work order or agreement.

Governing terms
For any investment arrangement, JV agreement, or Authorised Partner agreement, refund and cancellation terms are those set out in the signed agreement for that specific arrangement. This general refund policy does not supersede any signed agreement.
