Stage 01 · Train

Internship on a live EDITH project

Minimum 3-year commitment (training + placement). Progression is performance-based, not automatic. Stage 4 (funding) is not guaranteed. If the terms don't suit you, the internship or direct roles are better starting points.

The project is the proof

  1. 01

    Brief

    Understand the problem

Every project starts with a brief. What needs building, for whom, to what standard. You learn to read and write one before anything is constructed.

  2. 02

    Plan

    Design the approach

Sketches, drawings, schedules, or financial models. The plan separates learning from executing — and rough from precise.

  3. 03

    Build

    Execute on a live project

Real EDITH projects — not simulations. The output gets built, filed, or delivered. That's what makes it count as experience.

  4. 04

    Present

    Show what you can do

The project becomes the portfolio piece. Documentation, drawings, delivery reports — evidence you point to in the next career conversation.

Training · projects · industry

Skills are built in practice. Portfolio emerges from projects. Industry connection comes from working on real EDITH sites alongside experienced professionals.

  1. Training on live projects — not simulated environments. Real context from day one.
  2. Documentation from the start — salary slips, PF, project records build your formal employment history.
  3. Performance-gated progression — each stage is an honest assessment. That's what makes the project share meaningful.
  4. Project share defined in advance — percentage and eligibility signed before the qualifying project begins.
