Thorough, because the partnership is real
EDITH doesn't hand out Authorised Partner agreements lightly — every partner carries the EDITH name on a live project. Every step is mandatory.
- 01
Application
Submit the form below. Share your qualifications, years of experience, team size, city/district coverage, and at least one completed project. More detail = faster assessment.
- 02
First call
EDITH's team reviews your application and calls to discuss your experience in detail, understand current capacity, and assess geographic fit with available projects. Usually within 5 business days.
- 03
Reference check
We request references from at least one project you've completed. This is not optional — every Authorised Partner application goes through reference verification before going further.
- 04
Site meeting
If references check out, we meet on-site — at a current project or a site you've worked on — to assess your operational approach first-hand.
- 05
Agreement & first project
If both sides want to proceed, the Authorised Partner agreement is signed — defining the profit/area share, reporting obligations, and EDITH's compliance responsibilities. Your first project is assigned.
Not a franchise.Not employment.A defined arrangement.
Profit share — whichever is defined in the agreement, documented before the first sod is cut.
Every Authorised Partner arrangement is documented before work starts. The diagram shows how the relationship is structured — who brings what, and how the project output is shared.
- "Authorised Partner" or "Channel Associate" — never described as a franchise. The distinction matters legally.
- Profit share or area share — whichever is defined in the agreement. Both are documented before the first sod is cut.
- Compliance stays in EDITH's books — you don't carry the RERA, GST, or ROC burden. EDITH's CA/CS team handles all of it.
- Steady pipeline — EDITH assigns projects as they come through the funding and planning process. You're not hunting for your next job.
Tell us about what you've built.
The form takes 5 minutes. The more specific you are about your experience and what you've supervised, the faster we can assess fit.
