Our story
EDITH Construction and Designing Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 14 June 2023 in Andhra Pradesh. The company emerged from a clear recognition: construction in AP and Telangana was fragmented. Projects ran without financial discipline. Compliance was treated as an afterthought. And design was often sacrificed for speed.
EDITH was built to do it differently — with a CA who applies the same rigour to a ₹50L residential project that a CFO applies to a listed company, and an Architect whose design standard doesn't slip based on project size.
Around that core is a network of civil engineers, financial advisors, compliance professionals, agents, and site supervisors — all working to a single quality standard across every project and every engagement.
