What EDITH provides agents
RERA registration support
EDITH's CA/CS team handles RERA agent registration for AP RERA (rera.ap.gov.in) and TS RERA (rera.telangana.gov.in). Separate registrations required for each state. Turnaround: 7–10 working days.
Written commission agreement
Your commission percentage, payment trigger (booking / registration), and timeline are in a signed agreement — not a verbal understanding. You know what you'll be paid and when before you work a single lead.
Buyer leads from the EDITH network
Buyers who reach EDITH through the marketplace, the Knowledge Hub, or direct enquiry — and who match properties you're working — are introduced to you. Leads are shared, not sold.
