CIVIL ENGINEERING
The site is where it becomes real.
Civil engineers at EDITH own the site log, track progress against the project schedule, inspect materials, coordinate labour, and report directly to the Project Manager. You're not reviewing simulations — you're on a live site with real accountability.
FINANCE & COMPLIANCE
Where the financial and legal backbone is built.
The CA/CS team at EDITH structures every investment arrangement, tracks the RERA calendar, manages GST (works contract), and files with MCA and ROC. Every project runs through this team before a rupee moves. It is the operating core of EDITH — not a support function.
ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
Design decisions happen before construction starts.
EDITH's architect is involved from feasibility — unit mix, floor plate efficiency, buildability, cost implications of design choices. At EDITH, architecture informs the financial model rather than following it. Coordination between drawings and the CA/CS team is part of the role.
OPERATIONS & COORDINATION
The project moves because someone moves it.
Project coordination at EDITH spans scheduling, vendor follow-up, progress reporting to investors, and cross-team coordination across the CA/CS, architect, and site teams. If it's late or off-track, operations knows first — and acts first.
REAL ESTATE & MARKET
Land is the beginning of everything EDITH does.
Market research, land identification, feasibility assessment, and transaction support are the upstream work that determine whether a project makes sense before it goes to the CA for modelling. Knowledge of AP and Telangana land markets is the foundation.
INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Capital meets opportunity inside a structure.
Investment and development work at EDITH involves structuring JV arrangements, building the financial model for each project, coordinating with investor documentation, and ensuring that every capital arrangement is SPV-protected and CA-reviewed. This is deal-making with compliance built in.

APPROACH
Question everything first.
No project at EDITH moves forward without a feasibility study. No deal is structured without the CA reviewing the numbers. No site begins without compliance on the calendar. The question comes before the action.
STANDARD
The same standard everywhere.
A ₹50L residential project gets the same CA/CS review as a JV arrangement. A small interior job gets the same design discipline as a full development. The work varies. The standard doesn't.
GROWTH
Real work leads to real ownership.
Strong performers are considered for the Training-to-Placement track — and eventually for a profit or area share on projects they lead. Not automatic. Not promised. But documented and real, for those who earn it.

- You own the site log. Daily diary, progress tracking against project schedule, material inspection, quality control, labour coordination. You report to the Site Engineer / Project Manager and are expected to flag what you see — not just record it.

- B.Tech / BE Civil or Diploma Civil · 2+ years site supervision experience · Ability to read drawings and maintain a site diary · Based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam
- LOCATION
- Visakhapatnam (primary). Project-based movement within AP & Telangana where required.

- RERA document compilation and tracking, GST return support (works contract), statutory calendar maintenance. You work under senior CA/CS supervision on live compliance for EDITH projects — not simulated exercises.
- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- B.Com / CA Inter / CS Inter · 1+ year in GST filing, RERA document preparation, or statutory compliance · Working knowledge of AP RERA and TS RERA portals preferred
